My Professional Journey
I'm Kerim, a Project and Service Coordinator with over 3 years of experience in administrative operations, large-scale program coordination, and workflow optimization. Currently working at dieBerater Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Vienna, I coordinate German courses for up to 1,400 participants and manage schedules for 80+ trainers within the ÖIF project.
My professional journey has been marked by a passion for process improvement and digitalization. I've successfully analyzed and improved internal workflows, leading to faster response times and reduced administrative errors. My experience includes participant support, complaint handling, Arabic–German interpreting services, and maintaining structured digital documentation.
Beyond my administrative expertise, I'm deeply passionate about programming and IT. I'm currently completing a Software Developer course (JavaScript) at Wifi Wien, learning HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js. This technical training complements my coordination skills, allowing me to bridge the gap between operational excellence and digital innovation.
